One of the Big News Stories this week in Dorchester is that Bar Rouge has re-launched with Jamie Pinnow and his Fiancée Petra taking the helm. Bar Rouge has not had a Stella reputation recently and the place certainly needs fresh ideas and faces, but if anyone can turn it around it's Jamie and Petra. They successfully turned Tom Browns in Dorchester into a live music destination for the town and I personally believe that the brewing company that let them go are fools to themselves.
If anyone deserves success it's Jamie and Petra and the goodwill that surrounds them is fantastic, they are both extremely popular people, perhaps this is because they are hard working, affable, warm and friendly and they have already done a huge amount for Dorchester's live music scene.
I do wish them both all the best for their new venture and look forward to reviewing some fantastic, original live music at Dorchester's new live music destination venue!
